floating side menus

I am talking about the side menu like workspace, code explorer, etc... Right now you pop open right when i hover over them however when i try to split a document of do word wrap i sometimes have my mouse og over that and it pops open when i don't want it to. is there a way to make it so it will only pop up when i click on it?

Uncheck:

Settings -> IDE -> IDE Settings -> Auto show unpinned windows
