Bug? CSS, JS, etc is broken using SRV

Hi All,

If I'm using SRV as the web server for debugging, if a folder name isn't entered with a slash at the end, then the CSS, etc is broken. Most servers will redirect correctly to add the slash.

eg.
Request http://localhost/test
CSS etc is broken
Request http://localhost/test/
CSS is fine.

Anyone else experienced this? Is this a bug?
