Debugging Soap Server on same server as PHPEd

I have two web sites on the same box as PHPEd. One web site makes a soap call to the other. I would like to debug the server side but can not figure out how?

You may want to append DBGSESSID to the soap method's URL or call DebugBreak() inside your code. Please note that such calls should be made from php that is not being debugged.
