Debug cutting out

Several workspaces are running successfully on XP Pro SP2 but on one of them I am getting a problem. I start on F9 and proceed to the first output OK and the debug sesssion is reported as finished. I then key in the next action which should continue (restart) the debug session but the debug session is not restarted as it is on other workspaces. The workspace which is causing the trouble is debugging MODx code. Any comments?

Regards

Not sure if this will help, but here are my thoughts...

DBG works with your project, not workspace. If your workspace has more than one project, check that the project you are trying to debug is indeed set as the active project.

To be sure it nothing to do with MODx, I suggest you create a simple script of your own in the project and see if you can debug it.

I had not realised that a workspace can have more than one project. I have always run on a one to one basis. But as an experiment I will try and duplicate a "known good" project and put it in the workspace with the MODx one to see what happens. How do you put a second project into an existing workspace which already holds one?

The problem is thus not as I thought. Sorry, wish I could help.

I group related projects together in workspaces. To add another project to your workspace, simply do File / New Project
