Hi,

If you go to the workspace mini window and click on a file, it highlights the file.

Now hold <ctrl> and click on some other files, now right click and 'upload file(s)'

Now repeat the above with some different files. The second lot of files will not upload to the server. The workspace mini window will not highlight files when you click on them.

This is a bit annoying

If you're a customer, I'd recommend you update to the latest build.
The problem you experienced is fixed many times ago.
