In my phped 5, I can't found "Tools > Settings > Tools > Integration > Add Menu"
Maybe my version has disabled the function or lost it in all version ?
If disabled the function only standard ,why not list the differ in version compare ?

I came across this as well. I can add a menu, but I cannot add anything that is already in any of the other menus. What I'd like is to add calls to 3rd party applications.

Integration and in particular custom menus are not available Standard edition. I'm sorry that some misleading buttons are in the settings.
