When working in an HTML document, it'd be nice if we could right-click on an HTML anchor that points to elsewhere in the page and go to where it points.

So if I have something like this:



I'd be able to right-click on the '#foo' in the link and select a command that moved me down to the h2. This would be inline with the Goto Declaration or Open File at Cursor commands.
