I have done something wrong or I have not done something right.

I am running on a shared hosting service called BlueHost.

I have installed Debugger and Debugger is running.
I have installed Debug Listener and Listener is running.
I have changed php.ini file and uploaded ini to all directories where php files exist.

I type in the following url to bring up my php page.
http://mywebserver/CP/NS2/index.php?DBGSESSID=1@clienthost:7869;d=1,p=1

However, I do not see any values in the Expert Debugger window. No code, no variables, no output.

Here are lines from php.ini

[Debugger]
debugger.host = localhost
debugger.port = 7869
debugger.enabled = False

extension=php_dbg.dll

[Debugger]
debugger.enabled=on
debugger.profiler_enabled=on
debugger.enabled = 0
debugger.JIT_enabled = 0
debugger.JIT_host = clienthost
debugger.JIT_port = 7869
debugger.fail_silently = 1
debugger.timeout_seconds = 300
debugger.ignore_nops = 0
debugger.enable_session_cookie = 1
debugger.session_nocache = 1
debugger.profiler_enabled = 1
debugger.JIT_level = 3

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; Paths and Directories ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
include_path = ".:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php" ;
doc_root = ; the root of the php pages, used only if nonempty
user_dir = ; the directory under which php opens the script using /~username, used only if nonempty
extension_dir = ./ ; directory in which the loadable extensions (modules) reside
enable_dl = On ; Whether or not to enable the dl() function.
; The dl() function does NOT properly work in multithreaded
; servers, such as IIS or Zeus, and is automatically disabled
; on them.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Do you mean the problem is with my php shared host server?

Or is the problem somewhere in my computer? My computer is a stand-alone pc and not on a server.

My php files are uploaded and are on a shared host server called Bluehost.

I do not know what you mean by "IDE maintainers/support team." If the problem is with Bluehost, what do I tell them I think the problem might be?

OK, I need you to tell me where you think I have a problem.

Is the problem in the Debugger software?
Is the problem in the php.ini file?
Is the problem in my computer?
Is the problem caused by my web host (php server) provider?

Why am I not seeing any values in the Debugger window?

How do I fix the problem?

Regarding client front-end we do support NuSphere PhpED and debugger that comes with it. All other (non-NuSphere) products are supposed to be served by corresponding authors/maintainer and only.
