I am working with a campus app built on top of cakephp, a php framework. I find it is very hard to debug this app. When trying to debug the app, the debug always takes me to codes inside the framework. However, I have no interest in how the framework works internally.

Does anybody have experience to use phped to debug an app built on cakephp, or other php framework?
