PHPEd 5.0 and the debugging

Hi all,
i have the new PHPEd 5.0. Now there is a big problem. When I start the Debugger there only pop up a window with the registration information. I have registrated my program and have the correct registration number. so what is the problem?
Have anybody a idea what my problem is?

and a screenshot submitted would be of more help to recognize what the problem is.
