I worked well with PHPEd , but withouth changing something, i experience IDE problems, after i start PHPed i can use it without any problems, CTRL C, V works well.
But after a couple of mins i cannot copy/paste anymore, nor can i open a "new file" or enter menus like Help>>PHPed Manual.

Is this a known bug, the trial worked for me quite well so far, but now it confuses me a bit.

This is not a bug but rather an expected behaviour of trial version.
If you abuse trial version, in other words if you run it after 14 days expired, it blocks all the commands one by one.

Sounds logical, will check this tomorrow.
