I have File/Open bound to Ctrl-O, but it never works the first time I hit Ctrl-O. If I hit Ctrl-O again, the File Open dialog appears.

What's going on - is it a bug? I know there are multi-key shortcuts, but my settings show that File/Open is bound to Ctrl-O, not Ctrl-O,O or anything like that.

I'm using PhpEd Pro v5.0 (build 5020).

By default Ctrl-O is set as prefix for the following commands:
Goto line (Ctrl-O, Ctrl-G) (Ctrl-O, G)
Toggle block case (Ctrl-O, Ctrl-U) (Ctrl-O, U)
Mark line (Ctrl-O, L) (Ctrl-O, Ctrl-L)

So, while the focus is in the editor, it's not clear which of the commands above are supposed to run until until press it second time.
