Project must be "active project" for debugger to w

Just a post to help anyone who might be struggling with this. Even with breakpoints set, the project you wish to debug must be the "active project" for debugger to work when invoked remotely by browser toolbar.

Symptoms of it not being the project being inactive are: press browser debug, PHPEd IDE pops up into focus (because the listener picked up the debug request), and disappears-- browser shows the web page as normal. Simply activate the project, and try again-- voila.

May I ask you what version you're talking about? Is it 4.6? or 5.0?
