i've found out that when i've the debugging module installed.
if i off or on the debugger using the php.ini, or
if i set DBGSESSID=-1 in the url....

if the error occur, the process does not show any error message on the output.
it just stop, and blank...

anyway to solve this issue?

php will show errors only if display_errors is on in the php.ini. Debugger does not affect this. Also you may want to check error_reporting.
