Microsoft SourceSafe integration, windows file properties

I develop on multiple platforms, and our code in managed in SourceSafe. phpED-SourceSafe integration is an essential feature for us.

Also, adding the the windows file properties dialog to the right click menu in the phpED Workspace or Explorer (to check and uncheck "Read-Only") would be very helpful.
