I like how i can split the smae document in one window because it has been useful to me a few time but is there a way to see 2 document at the same time just like split the same doc? This would be even more useful and if it is not possible they please movve this thread to the feature request forums.

Just to the left of where you enter text into your file is the "Editor Toolbar" which has 8 buttons stacked vertically. 2nd from the top is a "split document" button.

(I didn't know about this until I searched through the Help > PhpED manual. This'll come in handy )

you miss understood me, i know that i can split the same document but i want to be able to have a split document in the same window where the top portion is document A and the bottom and docuement B. this would be SO helpful as switch back and forth on 2 docs is not that useful, being able to se both at the same time would save be a bit of time when doing certain things.

Don't know if that's possible. I was looking through the help for such an item and couldn't find one.

You can right click the tab and make the window float.
Thats about as close as I have ever found.

i guess that can work for now but it would be nice to do it like you can when spilting the same doc.
