I *just* started using NuSphere and I'm trying to get the debugger working properly. But when I click on links in my web application, it keeps navigating to URLs that look like this:

http://localhost:8080/file:/D:/dev/subversion/nexus/index.php?a=view_lib

Why is that? What setting do I have to change in order to omit the "file:/D:/...." part of the URL?

It's actually not a debugger thing, it's the integrated web-server.
It's a "simple" web-server implementation and it uses paths as URLs.
If you use an external web-server this "error" (it's intended behavior afaik) will go away.
