While debugging a console application I need realtime output in the "View > Debug windows > Output" Window. Currently the whole output so far is displayed when the application ends, a breakpoint is reached or when stepping.

I have ouput buffering off, implicit flush on. The project's run mode is Local CGI (php-cgi.exe). PhpEd 4.6.3, PHP 5.2.1.

"Output" comes to the IDE only when debugger gets control (when it enters to interactive mode). Otherwise, all output is buffered on the server and waits for debugger.
