debugger for Firefox?

is there any reason why the debugger toolbar is only for IE? Maybe it is just me but all web developers i know develop in Firefox and then also test in IE since about 80-85% of general user use IE(since they don't know any better). is there development for the toolbar for firefox becuase it would be nice to use it?
