HTML Form Tags auto escape, or escape " checkbox

I'd like to request that the Form Tag buttons either auto escape double quotes (based on the context of the surrounding text) or else have a "escape double quotes" checkbox underneath the 'use single quotes' checkbox.

This would be immensely helpful.

probably you mean html entities to be used, like " ?
