Can i add some custom shortcuts ?
For example shortcut for tag <p></p> or for some user addded command line ?

You can set any shortcuts for existing commands, but you can't add new commands, except via integration like described there howto-use-a-php-script-for-my-editing-t753.html

Yes, i as asking for adding "new commands".
It would be great to be able to add new command to shortcuts and also it would be nice to add to shourtcuts the integration commands created by user.

And according to your link i added such integration commands and it is nice but it would be good to aplly shortcuts to them and not only see them as a menu item but this is also cool.

shortcuts for integrated commands can be added on the page where you edit command arguments. See the first line below it.
