Custom installation without PHP

Hi again,

I wonder, could you add a checkbox in custom installation of phpEd, that would/wouldn't install nor PHP 4, neither PHP 5. Some developers has their own development servers in workstation, so additional stuff is not needed for them anymore.

P.S.: this one anoying thing here for me Smile.
