Anybody has a port for DBG on OpenBSD 4.0 (using PHP v5.1.4 hardend 0.4.9)?
Or anybody any tips on how to build?

I'm actually able to build but dbg.so won't load.

this message means that you were not able to build dbg.so.
You must use Hardening-Patch-patched php sources when you build dbg.so or do not use Hardening-Patch at all.

Strange.
I only installed the Hardened version of PHP, nothing else.
I was able to build DBG generating dbg.so.

Is there any specific option I need to use when building dbg.so to pick-up the hardened patch?

I'm not sure what links you're expecting. Hardening-php is a patch available on the net. Try to google for it and will be shown on the top.
