I've seen different posts about people waiting for the free version of the debuger for php 5.2, and the response was: this is not available with free debugger package.

But I have the last NuSphere-phped-4.6.3-Win32.exe commercial product in the last version (NUSPHERE PHPED 4.6.3 BUILD 4633), and the php version is only "5.1.6" with the dbg extension php_dbg.dll-5.1.x

I don't understand, as you say that PhpED 4.6.3 is here with full support for PHP 5.2 and improved PHP debugger.

How can I get debugger for php 5.2 ?

As Dmitri wrote to me. PHP 5.2.1 with the appropriate debugger can be found here:

I really don't understand why the latest PhpED install package does not contain 5.2.1 If the support for 5.2.1 is announced on the home page it makes one dizzy
