Open file in UTF-8 in context menu

Hi,
I'd like to be able to open files in utf-u from file-explorer using right mouse button. I've most of the projects with a mix of utf-8 and not utf-8 files; It's much time consuming to go in file->open, select the utf-8 encoding and so on...

I think theat utf-8 is the most used encoding
