Reinstalling with old settings

I just had 1 computer crash and am setting a new one. Is there any way to get all my old settings(server settings etc.) copied from my old drive? I copied the nusphere directory and my projects are setup on the new computer, but I am having trouble getting the debugger setup right again so wondered if there was a file elsewhere that held the PHPed editor settings?

You may want to copy registry values found in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NuSphere\PhpED4.6

it would be good just to have some option to EXPORT / IMPORT all the settings to some file
