Browser resolution

I keyed the "Browser resolution" option which has reduced the size of the output display with a border round it. I now want to put it back but I can't find the "Browser resolution" option. Where is it?

Many thanks for the clue. The "browser resolution" is a tooltip which is only available when the output screen is active.
