Hi, I think I found a problem regarding FTP download failures.

Does phpEd create a 0-byte file locally if the download fails from server? If so, this local file is then uploaded at the next Smart Sync.

if download failed and local file exists, it won't be overwritten.
if download failed and local file does not exist, it won't be created.
