Upload may freeze (4628)

PHPEd build 4628.

SFTP root dir /usr/home/web/domains/
Project local file D:/Projects/support/html/test/test/test.php
Remote exists dir /usr/home/web/domains/support/html/

Upload local file to remote server.
Directories test/test are created, but the file test.php does not upload and PHPEd suspension. Unload PHPEd is possible only with task manager.

Upload is broken in 4628. It will freeze if a new directory to be created during upload and there is an opened Explorer window with corresponding account.
Upgrade to 4630 where the problem is fixed.
