I'd like to ask that PhpED gain two new features:

1. In the Explorer Tab's file window, I'd like to be able to create a New File through the Right Click context menu.

2. When using File > New and then File > Save As , the default directory should be the current directory from the Explorer Tab (although I could see my way clear to this being a configuration option for "Default Save Path for New Files" between "Current Explorer Location" or "Project Folder").
