I am trying to get send mail to work from the tech platform. I made a page that calls for snd mail and it gives me an error that the php.ini is not configured correctly. I put in the parameters I thougt were right but no luck. Is there a how to document somewhere on getting sendmail to work with the techplatform running on XP?

Hate it when after I post a question I figure it out. Thought I would share what I did so maybe the next person will benefit. I searched for all PHP.INI files and enable the To address. Restarted apache. Downloaded a free smtp server program. The one I used is here:
I am now able to send mails locally and test my mail applications using the same syntax as my production (ISP) server.
