scroll-click to close a document tab/window

I would like to see scroll-click on a tab close a document window like it does in FireFox. This is the same functionality as what CTRL-F4 achieves. By scroll-click, I'm referring to depressing the scroll button on a scrolly mouse as well as pressing both buttons on the mouse simultaneously.
