I'm not sure whether I just lost the vertical ruler in the editor (usually positioned at horizontal position 80) or that the feature doesn't exist in PhpED. I thought I saw the vertical ruler before ... it always really helps me figure out what the max width for my code is.

By the way ... I'm not sure it's called a ruler ... it should just be a vertical (gray colored) line at position 80.

Thanks for the help!

Edit: Just looked it up in Homesite. It's called "visible right margin" there.

I already placed this topic into the "Feature request", but I realized that it this maybe an existing feature that I just can't find.[/i][/b]

Editor supports this but it was turned off by default.
In 4625 you'll get it shown, but no control over its position and color. It will be of 'buttonface' color and positioned at 80th column (defaults will be stored in the registry under Editor_MarginPos and Editor_MarginColor entries).

Cool ... that's exactly what I need.

What is 4625? Is that a software build? When will it be available?
