Undocked windows + multi-monitor setup

I'm having problems with undocked windows on a dual monitor system.

I move the code explorer, workspace, help and db client windows over to the "secondary" monitor.

When I relaunch phpEd, either of two things happen: the windows are moved over to the "main monitor", or they are in the right position on the "secondary" but there are some missing! Even going to "View/tabs" can't bring back the "hidden" windows (and no, they're not behind any other windows!)
