i start execution by ctrl-f9
it runs till debugbreak
then if i press f8/f7 it will proceed line by line
if i press f4/f9 it will run to the end ignoring all breakpoints

it is a local file, build in browser, win32
i tried both when file is part of the probject and when not

Do you work with SRV web server or you're using 3rd party web server such as Apache or IIS?
In latter case you have to setup MAPPING. Without doing it, breakpoints may not work.
Read FAQ forum on how to do it.

Feel free to let know if you get any problems with this.

i'll try to setup it on a test server (with mapping) to see if it will work
maybe just something wrong with my phped setup..

Mapping is not required in case of SRV because PhpED does not use URLs to run it. As you might note it uses http://file:/ blah blah blah.
Check if your file is run this way.
If you need normal URLs, switch to Apache or IIS and enable mapping.
