Filter Code Explorer?

I have a number of code libraries that I use, made by others, which I do not want to be shown in the code explorer.

Is there a way to filter out certain files or folders from being included in the Code Explorer output?

There is not such functionality available in v4.6, yet.
We do care of this and probably will provide this feature in the next version.
