I'm installing DBG and after error_reporting DBG Client receiving next messages:

23.10.01 0:21:31 127.0.0.1 client connected
23.10.01 0:21:31 Failed to open or create an instance of IDE CoClass {D55B5E5E-B97E-4B88-A808-6FB7E337EA13}. OSERR (0x80080005) 'Ошибка при выполнении приложения-'.
23.10.01 0:21:31 127.0.0.1 client disconnected

What are the error?

The PHP version is 4.3.1
The DBG last version from www.php-debugger.com

I done install by install.bat

DBG requires an IDE to be installed. This IDE should register its GUID with debugger and after that DBG will be able to work with it.
If you had an IDE installed and then uninstalled it, DBG would fail to load it and appropriate message is given.
Hope it explains what you got.

You can find a lot of IDEs that works with DBG.
For example PHPED, see http://www.nusphere.com

also, you can find phpedit, phpcoder, eclipse, etc etc etc.
