This is a very simple tool, but very useful too when you edit css files... Could be called with a button in the toolbar (or by a menu command or a keyboard shortcut) and when closed would just insert the string where the text cursor was, and would also be available by right-clicking (would by default use the #xxx or #xxxxxx hex format, but could also be set to use the built-in css color constants for all the simple colors is asked for by the user in the options)

Just an idea... Tell me what you think !
