Parametric commands for CVS integration

I am having trouble figuring out how to implement parametric commands for CVS like

cvs diff -u -r <revision_1> -r <revision_2> <file>

How do input params work for CVS integration?

I'm sorry to say that currently there is no way to have an input dialog for this in PhpED.
Try shell-integrated Tortoise CVS and invoke it through the Workspace popup -> shell -> tortoise cvs -> diff
