Reason: debugger module is called from an old or incompatibele client software. It's necessary to update DBG client (dbglistener) to version 2.20.2 or higher

actually, you have to upgrade debugger module you're runing under Apache.
From you post I think it's version is 2.20.2 and that's why it can't recognize version of the dbg listener.
