Finding or Building a DbgMsDev.exe compatible with DBG

The last provided DbgMsDev.exe was included in the DBG 2.10pl1 Win32 package. I have been able to use it with the 2.11.5 version of the DbgListener in order to get MS InterDev 6.0 Sp5 to be invoked when running a php script from a browser. Is there any information around on how to build a DbgMsDev.exe to be in-sync with the current DbgListener?

DbgMsDev is neither supported nor developed since 2001.
I'd recommend you to take a look at phped 3.2.
