I'm installing DBG last version 2.11.23 bu I'm d't understanding
How I can to use in my PHP codes

How I can to make breakpoin ?
How I can to make dump ?

When I can to know abaut DBG API ?

To work with debugger you need an IDE capable to work with it.
PHPEd IDE (http://www.nusphere.com) is offered by NuSphere, owner of DBG debugger.

I d't find in http://www.nusphere.com the description of IDE DBG
if exists the Descpriptioh to write the URL, please

DBG contains two parts client and server but has neither GUI nor console front end. You have to use it with an IDE.

Sorry, I hardly understand what you mean. Probably you need a description of DBG. It can be found at http://www.php-debugger.com site.
Should be noted that DBG is not an IDE.
