If I understand you correctly, you want to use debugger for just one page and do not run debug sessions for anything else.
In this case just uncheck "Debug Sessions" in the debugger settings. |

By using the DEBUG buttons in the IE Toolbar, I can start the debugger. But how do I switch it off again ?
I tried unmarking DEBUG Next Page, but I still being routed to PHPEd. Session Debug is off in Options. Can I send a command or something ? |

Please update to 4513. It comes with dbg-2.20.2 and debug session is not too sticky there
Anyway, if you close browser window, debugger coockie will be dropped anyway. |
