Creating a new HTML file

There are lots of time that I paste in HTML code from a template so I can edit it within ED. However when I do this: File->New->HTML I get a default template with lots of stuff in it.
What I want is just a empty file. Can I change the settings to not have the template there?

you may want to edit c:\program files\nusphere\phped\templates\HTML File.html

Excellent! I see that not only can I edit the template, I can create new ones!
