I have spent quite a bit of time toying around with the Trial Version and I must say that I am VERY impressed with PHPEd. Additionally, I have spent quite a bit of time customizing shortcuts, syntax colors etc, etc and I would basically just like to know whether there's a way to preserve those settings if I purchase the full version..?

Actually they will be preserved if you install purchased version over trial one. In this case it won't override registry or cfg files.
