I have got a weird thing going on.
I upgraded phpED form 4.0 (Build 4043) to phpED (4.0.1 Build 4060)

When in debug and selecting a script from the callstack I got an alertbox with "Failed to map remote file to publishing account". After this message, the script is not loading in the editor.

When the script is already in the Editor, it's selected.

We don't (want to) use the publishing account.

I can not remember having this problem in the previous version.

Any ideas?

yep, we got similar report and have fixed this problem.

There are some more things. When the debugger should 'stop on the first line after run' and the script is opened somewhere in the middle, the cursor is not positioned to the first line when the debugger stops on the first line. The script stays as it is ...
