Just a couple of questions. I searched first, but did not find answers.

1. Is it possible to change the default output of running a file to "source" instead of "html"..?
2. Would it be an idea to be able to assign a shortcut that toggles between the source and html windows?

during debug session, all the output is shown in Output window (View->Debug Windows->Output)
