Where is Nusphere IE Toolbar? (v4.5 trial b4508)

I installed 4.5 trial, and can start the debugging of the page in the IE context menu (mouse right-click), but have no way to show the toolbar.

BTW, I also didn't find the way to stop the debugging started from context menu.

Check View->Toolbars->Nusphere Toolbar in the IE.

If debugging started from context menu, you may stop from in the IDE.

The problem was just the 3rd party extensions disabled in my Internet Advanced Navigation Options. It's OK now.
