How do I limit the code inspector/explorer to just the file scope?

Zend IDE offers the following options:

1. File
2. Project
3. PHP

Is there a Single file view that I am missing? How do I select that option?

Project wide (list view)
Project wide (tree view)
Project wide (grouped view)
Single file (grouped view)

as of PHP you can find all the stuff in the Functions window.
