In 4.0.1: Can I turn off features?

I wouldn't use the database GUI. I think the built in one is useless when you have SQL*PLus for Oracle or Navicat for MySQL.

According to my own experience with Oracle (2+y), SQL*Plus is much less useful. Anyway, it's a matter of taste and I should not blame.

not. this feature can't be turned off. But the DB Browser window can be. Just pin it then click on its close.

(SQL*Plus does get annoying once and awhile, but... I like it.)
